Personal data and privacy
The labari.dev website sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics tools. The processing described below is carried out by LABARI VOICE SAS, as data controller, on its own hosting infrastructure.
- Visit log. For each page viewed, the site records your IP address, the page visited, the date and time, the referring page and your browser's technical information. This data is used to measure the site's audience and to identify the organizations visiting it, for business-to-business prospecting purposes. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of LABARI VOICE SAS in developing its business (Article 6.1.f GDPR). Retention period: 12 months from collection.
- Contact form. The information you submit (name, email address, company, use case, languages, message), as well as messages sent to hello@labari.dev, is used to respond to your request and for its commercial follow-up. It is neither transferred nor sold to third parties.
- Security. When the form is submitted, your IP address is also processed to prevent abusive submissions. This security data is automatically deleted after one hour.
- Recipients and processors. Hosting is provided by Amazon Web Services (European Union). We also use other services: Google Cloud (storage of audio recordings) and Mailjet (email delivery). Fonts and all site resources are served from our own hosting: no resource is loaded from a third-party server.
- Your rights. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the data concerning you, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise these rights by writing to hello@labari.dev, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Applicable law
The site and this notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
